FreeStyleリブレLink アプリは FreeStyleリブレおよび FreeStyleリブレ2のどちらの センサーでも使用が承認されています。これにより、スマートフォンでセンサーをスキャンしてグルコース値を測定したり、FreeStyleリブレ2 センサーを使用してグルコース値が低いときや高いときにアラートを受信したりすることができます[1] [2]。

FreeStyleリブレLink アプリは次の用途で使用できます。

* 現在のグルコースの測定値、グルコース値トレンド矢印、およびグルコースの履歴を確認する
* FreeStyleリブレ2 センサーで低グルコース値または高グルコース値のアラートを受信する [2]
* 食事、インスリンの使用、および運動を確認するためのメモをつける
* 目標値範囲内であった時間や日内パターンなどのレポートを参照する
* ご自身が許可をしたうえで、主治医やご家族とデータを共有する

同じセンサーをFreeStyleリブレLinkアプリとFreeStyleリブレReaderの両方で測定する場合
アラートは、FreeStyleリブレ 2 Readerまたはスマートフォンのいずれかで（両方ではなく）のみ作動します。スマートフォンでアラートを受信するには、アプリでセンサーを起動する必要があります。FreeStyleリブレ2 Readerでアラートを受信するには、センサーをReaderで起動する必要があります。センサーをReaderで起動した場合、そのセンサーはスマートフォンでスキャンすることもできます。

アプリとReaderの間ではデータが共有されないことに留意してください。データを完全に取得するためにはそれぞれの機器で 8 時間ごとにセンサーをスキャンします。そうしないと、レポートに一部のデータが表示されなくなります。お使いのすべての測定器から、データをLibreView.com にアップロードし閲覧することができます。

The FreeStyle Libre Link app can be used for the following purposes:

When measuring the same sensor with both the FreeStyle Libre Link app and the FreeStyle Libre Reader
Alerts only work on either FreeStyle Libre 2 Reader or your smartphone (but not both). To receive alerts on your smartphone, you need to activate the sensor in the app. The sensor must be activated in Reader to receive alerts in FreeStyle Libre 2 Reader. If you activate the sensor with Reader, the sensor can also be scanned with your smartphone.

Keep in mind that no data is shared between the app and Reader. Each device scans the sensor every 8 hours for complete data acquisition. Otherwise, some data will not be displayed in the report. Data can be uploaded and viewed on LibreView.com from all your instruments.

FreeStyle Libre Link is for use with sensors to measure glucose levels in diabetics. For details on how to use FreeStyle Libre Link, refer to the instruction manual that can be accessed from the app.
